- Made Vegan Chickpea + Vege Pie
- Went for a REALLY nice ride while it was in the oven on my new single speed conversion. No knee aches no nuffin!
- Got home and ate that pie + made some avocado salad to go with it
PERFECT!
I am tired as heck so hopefully I fall asleep earlier than 5am tonight :(
